West Branch Here I Come!

Good morning everyone!!! First, I’ll get some "announcements" out of the way.
If you are planning on sending me mail, READ THIS FIRST!!! We just got our transfer calls over the weekend, and I am moving from Spring Lake 😢 to West Branch! I do not currently have an address, but for anyone wishing to send me mail, text me or one of my parents on Messenger and we shall get it to you.

Awesome, now that that’s out of the way…here’s my tiny little post today. I still have lots to do so I only have a few minutes this morning!

This week we’ve been super super busy! And we’re even more busy with making sure the friends that want to say bye have a chance to. In my last area, we had a total of three wonderful people we were teaching, and many additional friends that we were talking to. I won’t even try to count the many people we are currently teaching, have taught, and the additional friends we’ve made. I feel like I’ve known some of them and the members her for forever! Not just time here, but before this life. I will miss them dearly, but I fully plan on visiting after my mission. I love them dearly.

I’m so sad I have to leave Sister Peterson. She has been a strength to me when I didn’t know where to turn. Patient, kind, humble, and considerate, when I didn’t deserve it. She has taught me more than I will ever be able to tell her (mostly because when I do she starts trying to get me to be quiet lol). She’s going to be so amazing, here in Spring Lake and I know she is needed here for this time and for these people.

I know the Lord is taking me to West Branch and that that is where I need to be right now. I feel that comfort knowing that this is where the Lord is sending me. I trust my leaders here in the MLM and I feel very blessed to serve here. Though I will miss Spring Lake and the people here so much, I feel like it’s time for me to move on so I can meet new people that the Lord has prepared at this time in West Branch.

My new companion will be Sariah Mullen. Not confusing at all…sarcasm increases (Mullen, Malan, Mullen, Malan lol this will be fun for our ward haha) I don’t know if I’ve met Sister Mullen in person (and if I have, I’d feel horrible haha) but she looks so sweet, and I have heard her name around. I know that the two of us will work hard to keep this work going!

Love you all! Happy Holidays! Hope to hear from you all soon!
